How to get help

SHOCK is currently in private testing. The fastest way to get help is to contact the person who invited you / sent you the download link.

If you’re the app owner, this page is meant to satisfy the “Support URL” requirement for app distribution and review.

Common issues

  • Can’t sign in: double check your username/password and try again.
  • Not receiving shocks: make sure notifications are enabled for SHOCK in your phone settings.
  • Audio not playing: try turning off Silent Mode and raising volume.
  • App feels stuck: fully close the app and reopen it.

Safety

If you feel uncomfortable with another user’s behavior, you can block/report them inside the app.
